A declarative YAML rule engine with shadow-mode evaluation, multi-tenant architecture, and integrations across GitHub, Vercel, and Slack. ~90k lines of TypeScript across a pnpm/turbo monorepo. Solo-built and shipped. Public MCP server (tinyops-mcp-server on npm) exposes 13 tools so any AI client (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) can manage TinyOps rules in natural language.
